Our food is prepared everyday with fresh ingredients; we avoid using artificial and pre-cooking food.

We use only Sunflower Oil or Olive Oil, no Palm Oil.

We support local shops and agriculture by buying fresh fruits and vegetables from our local shops.

We also support the local fishing community by buying fresh fish and seafood from the South-East Coast.

We choose not to buy and sell under-sized Tuna or seafood.

Our bread and bakery products are made daily in house.
